Athena Floreal creates handmade floral objects and custom pieces made slowly, personally and to order. Because of the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, refunds and cancellations are limited as set out below.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, and only if work on the order has not already begun. Once production has started, or a custom colour, name, ribbon or personalised detail has been confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to us at info@athenafloreal.com or +91 96117 20941 within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will examine the issue and, if the damage or defect is found to be genuine, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the Platform or as per your expectations, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Platform Owner, after examining your complaint, will take an appropriate decision regarding a replacement or refund.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a seller or Platform warranty, please refer the issue to us first. We will assist with the complaint after it is validated through our quality check.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the refund arises from a verified damaged, defective or incorrect order attributable to us.
Custom orders, personalised pieces, sale items and gift sets that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund, except where the product is damaged or defective as verified by us.
